Who's On First!? IndependenceFirst!
Who's on 1st? IndependenceFirst is! In case you live under a rock and didn't yet drive by, IndependenceFirst moved its offices to a 40,000 square foot space at 540 South 1st Street in Milwaukee. With its 90ish employees (over half have disabilities themselves--for real), 20+ programs and the need to grow to meet the demand for its free services for people with disabilities in the 4 county-metro area, IndependenceFirst moved its offices to lease at this new location in late October.
